Welcome to Hot Spring County Solid Waste Authority!

HSCSWA provides solid waste management services for bulk waste, residential, and commercial waste. We also offer dumpster rentals.

OUR SERVICES

Waste Drop-Off
County residents can dump free of charge at our Transfer Stations.Residents of the City of Malvern, City of Rockport, and City of Perla must purchase a dump card at the office to bring waste to the Transfer Stations
Recycling Drop-Off
All residents within the Hot Spring County and its municipalities may drop off their recyclables free of charge at the Recycling Center. Free drop-off hours are 8 am–3 pm Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.
Dumpster Rentals
HSCSWA rents 20-yard and 40-yard roll-off containers as available. Rented dumpsters can be delivered to any location within the boundaries of Hot Spring County and will be picked up nine days later.  Rental fees must be paid at the time of reservation

HSCSWA will be closed Monday, September 1st in observance of Labor Day and will resume normal hours on Tuesday.
