HSCSWA stations accept most household waste *except* for the following items:

Residents who live in Hot Spring County can dump free of charge.

Residents of the City of Malvern, City of Rockport, and City of Perla must come to the office to buy a one-trip dump card ($50 plus tax and debit/credit card processing fee) or a 10-trip dump card ($250 plus tax and debit/credit card processing fees)

to use the Transfer Stations.

City residents and Commercial haulers who have a dump trailer must use the Satellite station and must pay $60 per ton with a 1-ton minimum.
